Discover Your Own · The three levels

Team

Turn individual strengths into shared momentum.

Team means the people who make things happen together. The DYO Method (Discover Your Own) connects individual strengths with clear ownership, open communication, and shared priorities. You don’t all need to be alike—but everyone should know how to work together.

01

Connect your strengths

We make visible what each person brings and needs. Differences become a starting point for understanding rather than friction.

02

Clarify roles and decisions

Who owns what? Who decides and who contributes? Together, you create clarity where tasks might otherwise fall between people.

03

Make collaboration dependable

Shared priorities, honest conversations, and useful meeting routines help you keep commitments and raise obstacles early.

In practice

What this can look like

If coordination takes too long and work is duplicated, a workshop starts with how you collaborate. Ownership Maps clarify responsibilities; Role & Agent Scorecards make expectations tangible. A suitable Meeting Rhythm then creates regular space for decisions and open questions. Training helps you practice those new agreements together.

Three levels. One shared journey.

Self, Team, and Company are connected. Personal clarity strengthens collaboration. Good collaboration supports the shared direction of the business.
